Standard Returns
You may return an unopened, unused product within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions:

Product must be in its original condition (no scratches or signs of use)

In the original packaging

With proof of purchase (e-receipt, order number)
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Custom Orders (engraving, personalized design)
Custom orders are individual.
Therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or mistakes on our part.
❗ If an error occurs — we will fix it at our own expense.
Defects & Faulty Products
Every piece is checked before shipping. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:

Include a photo of the issue

We will either replace the item or refund your money (your choice)
